Prices are for the VILLA PER WEEK and NOT PER PERSON!

Special Discounts may be offered for stays of over 3 weeks and on
certains dates please ask for details.

Please note:

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.

Only by cheque , bank transfer.

"Please Note When you are posting the booking form to us please make sure you have the correct postage as a delay in the receipt of the form could result in the loss of the weeks requested!"

The balance will be required 2 calender months prior to departure. A security deposit of $300/ will be required along with the Final balance.

A cheque will be issued for the Security deposit after your departure from the villa as long as Our USA Management Company are satisfied that no damage
has taken place.
